Halloween Carnival

The Halloween Carnival is a longstanding tradition for Richland Elementary School and has been running strong for over 30 years.  It is one of the biggest community building events and fundraisers for the school.   Students are able to dress up in their costumes and come to school to spend the day with their family and friends while playing fun games, participating in a costume parade and contest, performing their VAPA routines and, this year,  getting the chance to dump a bucket of water on their favorite teacher.  There will be a raffle, game booths, food vendors, non-food vendors, a DJ, a stage with entertainment, a golf ball drop and more.

This page is your portal to all things Halloween Carnival related! We will be meeting periodically to discuss and plan the carnival.  Attending a meeting is a great time to learn where were are in the planning process and what you can do to help.  If you are unable to attend view the meeting minutes by clicking the link below.
